Lunar Lamps was born out of an idea that struck 3D modeling engineer Robin one day when his girlfriend jokingly asked him, "You say you love me, but how can you prove it? Can you give me the moon?" He realized that he could use his professional skills and 3D printing technology to turn this joke into a reality.
Robin shared his idea with the rest of the team, who were immediately excited and supportive. They searched for the clearest texture of the moon from NASA's website and used 3D printing technology to accurately model the moon's landscape according to this data. The result was a beautiful, photo-realistic moon lamp that perfectly captured the essence of the real moon.
But Robin's girlfriend had one more request: she wanted to include a sweet photo of the two of them on the moon lamp as well. The team worked hard and eventually succeeded in this task, and this became the inspiration for our customizable photo moon lamps.
